The inevitable has happened. The world, well at least the internet obsessed part of it has always categorized both of these companies as the main opponents to Micro$oft’s reign of subjective terror.
Is this a good thing for us internet users? Google has always heralded the “friend of the common people” banner by internet users; Apple as the “Knight in shining (or matte/milky white in this case) armor who is battling Micro$oft”.
Could this alliance be the breeding ground for a more vicious beast than the one good ’ol Billy Gates created, or will this new player on the battle field actually keep its promises to the people and live up to the image its held for so long now and continue to work for the people. Will they lose the underdog status that gained them people’s support in the years past?
The battle has started. Now we can only watch as the play unfolds….
