sorry for the late replies..
for those who wondered where i’ve been. A very hectic work schedule has been keeping away from blogging but I’m trying to get better at fitting it in

as for what user experience is i dont really know where to start. its an area of Information Architecture that concentrates on the usability of a site or software application, or the users experience using the site and application. This can mean something as simple as color combinations to make a site more readable to much more complicated methodologies where we conduct a bunch of usability tests to get to know the target audience and design for a particular audience.

Thats pretty much what it is in a nutshell. I’ll try and write a more detailed explanation on it in the form of a blog post so you can read more about it.
