Question about the movie Wall-E

I just got back from watching Wall-E. All in all quite an entertaining movie about some cute robots who develop personalities and fall in love.

For those who have not yet watched the movie, i implore you to go and watch it. It’s cute and funny. I’ve embedded the trailed for you to have a peek at.

For those who have not seen the movie yet, please do not read past the jump. I’m going to ask some questions that might give some of the story line away!

Anyone know what kind of a plan they find? I came out of the movie with my diabolical mind in play and was thinking to myself that it would be quite funny if they one plant they find turns out to be poison ivy. :-)

The interesting thing about this was as I walked out, i heard at least one other person voice a similar question that now I’m curious. How many other people left the theater thinking the same thing?

let me know if you did …

I thought it was a super movie (I saw it while ago at a pre release show) and so did the bunch of children I took to see it. I think the it is not important what kind of plant that was. It was the Earths capability of sustaining life that they were waiting for!. If you watched the credits, you would have seen a lot more plants beyond the city area! ;)

Yes indeed. It is completely about earth’s capability of sustaining life. I don’t disagree with you on that at all..

I just thought it was be quite funny in an evil sort of way if the plant did turn out to be poison ivy :-)
